Xochimilco Mexican Restaurant & Bakery

Xochimilco Bakery started in 1994 when Ricardo and Erica Martinez noticed that all Mexican food in New Jersey was Tex-Mex food, then they decided to create a restaurant where people could eat authentic Mexican food. Thinking beyond that they also noticed there was no “Panaderia” a Mexican bakery in the area, so they combined the idea that became Xochimilco Restaurant & Bakery.
